Guide to making your reservation
Booking via internet :
By inputting your arrival airport and destination resort we are able
to list the models and different classes of transfer types we can
provide to your selected destination. After choosing your preferred
car, on the following pages you fill in our reservation form that
includes your personal details, billing address information, any
other requests you may have.
Once we receive your booking form we will send you a reply
confirming your booking and include all the information that you
will need to know.
FAQ
How do I locate my driver, vehicle or pickup point?
Before your
flight arrival time one of our drivers will be waiting for you at
the exit door of the arrivals hall and will be holding a board your
name written on it.
Does my private transfer drop me at the door of my accommodation?
Yes, we will drop
you at the door of your hotel, apartment, villa or accommodation. (unless
the road is too small for the coach to negotiate).
Airport - What happens if I can not find my driver at the airport?
Firstly call our

What about if flight delays?
Your
driver will be informed and collect you at the new time of arrival.
General - I have lost my luggage, can you collect it for me later?
All the airlines
have handling agents. They will organise for any luggage to be
forwarded to your resort address.
Payment
We use PAYPAL payment system that means
after filling your reservation and personal informations we migrate
you to PAYPAL website to final the payment and your reservation.
Reservation - Can I have a refund?
Once we receive
the credit card confirmation from bank, the amount debited is not
refundable.
Reservation - Can I change the date of my transfer?
Yes, subject to
availability and our terms and conditions.
I decided to book a holiday at last minute and need a transfer?
Online bookings can normally be made 48 hours prior to departure.
If you email info@drive2villa.com we will check availability with
our agents and advise you by return e mail.
Reservation - Can I have a receipt?
Your email or fax
confirmation is your receipt.
The Transfer - How do I confirm my resort pickup time?
If you have a
private transfer this will normally be confirmed to you prior to
departure by email. For shuttle transfers you will be provided with
a reconfirmation number that you will need to ring 24 hrs prior to
your departure from resort.
What currency are your rates in?
All prices are
quoted in GBP (English Pounds) and charged in Turkish Lira.
The Transfer - I have lots of luggage, a mountain bike, golf bags
electric wheel chair etc. Will there be room?
Each passenger has an obligation to inform us of such items by email
or fax and we will make the necessary arrangements. However extra
charges may be applicable.
The Transfer - Can we stop off at the supermarket on route?
Depending the
transfer time, driver will stop for supermarket or refreshment
break.
The Transfer - Is the transfer direct or do we stop en route?
Private transfers
are direct, door to door.
The Transfer - Does the driver speak English?
All
drive2villa.com drivers speak English. Occasionally we are obliged
to use a local firm, in which case we cannot guarantee the driver
will speak good English.
The Transfer - Do I have to share a vehicle with other people?
No, All our
services are private transfer.
Resort - I do not have a resort address, can you drop me off at the
tourist office?
If you do not
specify a resort address, you will be dropped off and picked up at
the tourist information office. If you wish to change this you must
inform us by email or telephone.
Is it safe to book online?
Yes it is please check the status of our SSL certificate. |
